Monday to Thursday: £70.00 per person
Minimum Guests: 50
Maximum Guests: 110
The Gardens Christmas Party Package Includes
Exclusive use of the barn and tipis from 6pm until 1am
Access from 3pm on the day of your event
Three-course festive feast created by our in-house chefs
Coffee & mince pies served in the barn
Rustic styling and festive decorations
DJ from 6:30pm to 1am
Dedicated event manager who will ensure your event is planned and managed to perfection
Fully stocked bar and barperson (drinks not included)
Table number & name holders
Easel and frame for displaying your table plan
Complimentary parking
If you are a smaller group of 15-30 we have the perfect intimate tipi for private dining which is available to book during our seasonal restaurant opening times.

About The Gardens
A cosy and enchanting setting, just 20 minutes drive from Tonbridge and Maidstone. Nestled in 12 acres of beautiful gardens, you’ll find a rustic barn with comfy seating, a fully stocked bar and our DJ and dance floor. Connected to the barn are the nordic Tipis, draped in twinkling fairy lights and heated with crackling fires.

Event Timeline
- 6:00pm: Guest arrival.
- 6.00pm: Festive drinks reception in the barn.
- 7:15pm: Guests to invited to take their seats for dinner in the magical heated tipis.
- 7:30pm: Dinner is served.
- 9:00pm: Coffee and mince pies served in the barn.
- 9:30pm: DJ to start the evening party
- 12:30am: Bar closes.
- 1am: Carriages
